Module catalogue

Every module improves one decision.

The system supplies the evidence. Your people keep the judgment. Each module is an agentic workflow that connects one domain of your data to one decision your team has to make.

Eight modules in two sets: six for investment oversight, two for hospitality operations.

The module card

One card says what you are getting.

Every module is described on a single card, and the card is agreed before any work starts. It is the scope, and the measure the module is accepted against.

Maturity

The catalogue

Two sets, one method.

Delivery

From card to running module.

  1. Agree the card

    The scope, on one page.

We work through the card with the person who owns the decision: the decision itself, how often it is made, the data it needs and how success will be measured.

  2. Connect the data

    One domain at a time.

The data hub takes in the domain the module needs, from the systems you already use. Your knowledge base records the rules and limits the module works within, and every change to it is approved by a named person.

  3. Run and measure

    Live, then judged.

The module goes live with its owner. The measures on its card are tracked. Reformance runs, maintains and extends the module under one managed subscription.

Which decision would you improve first?

Schedule a 30-minute conversation. Bring one decision your team makes on incomplete or late information. We will walk through what the module for it would need: the data, the knowledge, and what stays with your people.
