About
The company behind the catalogue.
Reformance is a platform company based in Abu Dhabi. We build a governed home for what a business knows, and decision modules that act on it.
Our thesis
Knowledge comes first.
Most AI projects start from the data and the tools. We start from what the business knows: its objectives, its limits, and the reasoning behind the decisions it has already made. Most of that is unwritten, and a system built without it misses what everyone in the room takes for granted.
So the first thing we do with a customer is write that knowledge down, in one governed base that their own experts author and approve. Every module we deliver is built from it. That is what we mean by self-writing: the system is produced from the business's own knowledge, and a change to the system starts as a change to that knowledge.
How we work
Three rules we build by.
People decide
Every module states what the system supplies and what judgment stays with your team. A consequential change waits for a named person.
We claim what is true today
Every module in the catalogue carries its maturity: Concept, Live or Proven. A module is called Proven only when it runs in production in more than one business.
We run what we sell
Our own strategy, decisions and specifications live in the same knowledge base we give customers.
Who we are
Built on fifteen years of financial platforms.
Reformance comes out of fifteen years of building financial technology: capital markets solutions at a global bank, FX trading platforms, a digital bank's US launch and a venture-backed financial super-app. The building blocks behind the platform run in production today. Every module in the catalogue is built on them.

Where we are based
Reformance is based in Abu Dhabi — a market that has made AI and sovereign digital infrastructure a national priority, and a natural home for a company building sovereign knowledge systems.
Target markets: UAE and GCC, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Which decision would you improve first?
Schedule a 30-minute conversation. Bring one decision your team makes on incomplete or late information. We will walk through what the module for it would need: the data, the knowledge, and what stays with your people.
