Module set · Hospitality operations

The daily decisions of a rental portfolio.

For operators of short-term rental portfolios. Two modules are live: one prepares each unit's price and stay rules every day, and one records every expense against its unit, ready for approval.

Both modules are Live: in production in one business.

The starting point

A portfolio is decided one unit at a time.

Every unit has its own calendar, its own owner and its own costs. Rates move daily. A gap of two nights between stays, a slow week and a local event each call for a different response.

The revenue manager tunes pricing rules and stay rules across the portfolio. Operations approves expenses and decides whether the owner or the business bears them. Most of it runs across a pricing tool, a property management system, spreadsheets and messages.

Reformance works with the pricing tool and the property management system you already use. It brings their data into a data hub, records your pricing strategy and your rules in a governed knowledge base, and adds modules that prepare each decision for the person who makes it.

The set

Two decisions, prepared.

Each module is named by the decision it improves. Every card states what the system supplies, what stays with your people and the data the module needs.

One module in depth

Behind the card: revenue management.

The card is a summary. Each module is specified at this level and agreed with the person who owns the decision.
