Every module is agreed on a single card before work starts: the decision, who owns it, how often it is made, what the system supplies, what judgment stays human, the data it needs and how success will be measured. The card is the scope, and the measure the module is accepted against.

Every module starts as a hypothesis: this decision can be made sooner, or on better evidence. Once the module is live, the measures on its card are tracked. What works is extended to the next decision. What does not is changed or switched off, and the reason goes back into the knowledge base. Reformance runs, maintains and extends the system under one managed subscription.
